All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. 5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier specified. VISTANEST is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information; additional charges may apply for corrections. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our return policy is part of these Terms. You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to any exceptions noted on the product page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Custom or personalized items are final sale.
